In the case of an EPCMV the Customer/Property would select a reputable Pharmaceutical Engineering Consultant specialized in engineering and construction of GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. Telstar will provide the following services menu:

Engineering, from Concept to Detail Design.
Procurement services. Based on the Detail Design and Customer requirements, Telstar will help to select the preferred supplier options evaluating technical need, quality, price, delivery time, GMP compliance and supplier financial situations and risks.
Project Management. Our Project Managers, supported by our team of Site Managers, Project Engineers and GMP Consultants, will handle all the details of your project in your name, periodically reporting on the performance of the project in terms of level of execution, targets achieved and next targets, quality, health & safety, cost, and risks. The feedback will also include information about any incidences, risks or achievements that requires your attention.

Construction Supervision. The customer will consider a company with a sound and long experience in the execution of pharma & biotech plants, pursuing the excellence of every detail, proposing actions in line with your budget and pushing to execute the project in the established lead time. This technical supervision is a daily follow up of subcontractors works, resolving their engineering queries, checking that they are following what was designed and that the quality of the work is according to the requirements and Detail Design, verifying they are fulfilling with the time lead targets and that they are totally committed with the health & safety policies.
Validation: Commissioning & Qualification .Of the critical installations to support our customers with validation services.
Civil Works supervision, Administrative Permits and Facultative and Health & Safety Direction. Besides the specific technical knowledge required for a pharmaceutical GMP project, the customer is required to comply with specific regulatory requirements for construction projects. Here again the customer usually contracts an independent firm, segregating clearly what is the technical management and what is the industrial legal requirements. If required we will consider offering these services.
