Azbil corporate recognition for Telstar Customer Service

The Customer Service department and the subsidiary of Azbil Telstar in Italy have been recognized by the Azbil group for its contribution to the business promotion and development. On the 1st of December, the Japanese Corporation handed over a certificate of commendation Grade I, placing value on the achievement in pursuing high-level Customer Service development and profitable growth, experienced in recent years in Italy.

Active for more than 20 years, and recently moved to Lainate, the Telstar office in Italy provides integrated solutions, supported by a specialized local service for Italian customers. It offers a consultancy service specialized in compliance with GMP requirements in critical manufacturing processes while offering a fully comprehensive assistance encompassing the whole life cycle of the drug product. At the same time, the company has consolidated an integrated local customer service specialized in retrofitting and optimization and upgrading of GMP process equipment in line with the latest regulations. Telstar assists their clients locally providing technical consulting, including maintenance (preventive, corrective and predictive), training and commissioning, service software products and spare parts.

The team effort in this project has contributed considerably to the growth of the Azbil Group, in addition to the perseverance and determination in facing daily challenges, which have allowed us to achieve a good result.

Azbil Telstar currently has its own local customer service established in all its subsidiaries allowing the company to offer direct and localised coverage to customers around the world.
